Identify and develop strong partnerships with leading organizations across industries for placements, internships, and live projects. • Organize campus recruitment drives, industry visits, and networking sessions. • Ensure high placement percentages and quality job offers for MBA and management students. • Coordinate end-to-end placement processes — from corporate outreach and scheduling to offer management. • Work closely with faculty and training teams to enhance students’ employability. • Organize pre-placement workshops, aptitude training, mock interviews, and soft-skills sessions. • Market Intelligence & Strategic Initiatives • Leverage data insights to develop new corporate tie-ups and sectoral opportunities. • Represent the college at national HR forums, conferences, and corporate summits. Implement CRM and reporting tools to maintain placement and alumni data. • Qualifications & Experience: • MBA / Master’s in HR, Marketing, or related discipline from a reputed institution. • Minimum 10 years of experience in placement management, corporate relations, or talent acquisition, preferably within a reputed management college or university. • Proven track record of building strong corporate networks and achieving high placement outcomes. •
