ion
Duties & Responsibili
tiesWill be the Subject Matter Expert (SME) supporting our customers running their platforms on
OCI.Will be handling 3rd level support, Change Requests, and small projects for our OCI custom
ers.Will be the OCI technical lead on the 3rd-level support t
eam.Working hours will be Irish/UK business ho
urs.Support multiple clients across multiple technolog
ies.Mentoring of junior team memb
ers.Consult with customers across a cross-team environm
ent.Documentation and development of designs, processes, and procedu
res.Work within a structured ITIL / ISO20000 IT Service Management environm
ent.Works directly with clients to gather requirements, design solutions, build proof of concepts, and implement soluti
ons.Excellent presentation and reporting skills arising from customer-facing and on-site experie
nce.Very strong verbal, presentation, and interpersonal skills are requi

ired5+ years working in IT, with proven experience in a support r

OCI.Proven experience working with containerization. E.g. managing clutter deployment, sizing updates, maintenance, patching etc. Containerization technologies required: Docker; Podman; OCI Container Engine for Kubernetes (O
KE).DevOps - Terraform - Able to do full implementations of cloud infrastructure builds using Terraform. This includes all network components and IaaS PaaS compone
nts.Linux - Administrative skills such as creating user accounts and mounting block volumes, a candidate with basic Linux command line skills will still be conside

illsAble to configure Linux environments using Ansible, a candidate without this skill will still be considered but this would be advantage
ous.Database - Experience with Oracle databases is advantageous. Basic experience such as TNS connections to Oracle database, and how to work with database li
