Technical Sales Executive  Location: Nagpur.
Sales & Business Development 
Experience Required: 3-5 years (including experience with GEM Portal) 
At Technoventor Innovations Pvt. As a Technical Sales Specialist, the primary responsibility is to serve as the liaison between technology and clients, ensuring that complex technical solutions align with the business needs of the customers. We are currently looking for a dynamic and experienced Technical Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in technical sales and extensive experience working with the Government e-Marketplace (GEM) portal.
Handle all technical and non-technical bids, RFQs, and tenders on the GEM portal.
Sales & Business Development:
Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers within government agencies and public sector units.
Develop sales strategies to drive business growth in government and public sectors.
Conduct market research to identify trends and customer needs, adjusting sales strategies accordingly.
Work with internal teams (engineering, operations, and finance) to align sales proposals with technical specifications and pricing.
Technical Sales & Product Presentations:
Prepare and deliver technical sales presentations and product demonstrations tailored to government clients.
Oversee the entire bid lifecycle, including technical documentation, commercial proposals, pricing, and compliance.
Customer Relationship Management:
Serve as the primary point of contact for government clients, building trust and credibility.
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their needs are met post-sale.
Sales Target Achievement:
Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets set by the company.
Experience:-
3-5 years of experience in technical sales, with a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience managing the GEM portal.
Proficient in sales pipeline management and business development strategies.
Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
