About PrecizePrecize is a cutting-edge alternative investment platform that unlocks access to pre-IPO shares and global trade finance opportunities.We envision a future where investing in private markets is as seamless as trading in public markets—creating an open, borderless environment beyond traditional investing in India.As a gateway to private equity and private credit opportunities, Precize empowers investors of all levels to discover and invest in high-potential opportunities securely online.About the Role – Data AnalystWe are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to support our data operations, reporting, and business intelligence functions.This role is ideal for someone with strong skills in SQL and Excel, and a keen interest in working with data to drive insights in a fast-growing investment-tech environment.You will work closely with cross-functional teams—including product, operations, and finance—to ensure data accuracy, generate reports, and support decision-making across the organization.Responsibilities- Extract, clean, and analyze data using SQL and other internal tools.- Build and maintain dashboards and reports using any Business Intelligence (BI) tool (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, etc.).- Support data-driven decision-making by identifying trends, patterns, and insights.- Maintain data quality by performing routine checks, validations, and reconciliations.- Assist in automating recurring reports and improving data workflows.- Collaborate with operations, finance, and product teams to provide analytical support.- Track key business metrics and generate daily/weekly/monthly reports.- Support ad-hoc data requests and analytical deep-dives.- Document datasets, reporting processes, and data definitions for internal use.Qualifications- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Engineering, Statistics, Economics, Commerce, or any quantitative field.- SQL proficiency is mandatory.- Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formulas, basic automation).- Experience with any BI tool (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, Metabase, etc.).- Good understanding of basic data analysis concepts.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.- Good communication and documentation skills.
