JOB DESCRIPTION Position Summary: Embedded software & Hardware designer to handle customer RFQs around PM product developments & offer customized solutions. Debugging & Failure analysis of BLDC motors.Major Responsibilities:Handling customer communications & offer best in class BLDC product & solutions.Ownership of the product reliability, firmware customization and PCB layout design from concept to final.Testing & simulations of software & Hardware.Customer designs & developments handling and prioritizing daily activities.PCBA testing, debugging and work with Electronics contract manufacturer.Excellent exposure on Power Electronics & firmware designWork closely with Customer, Sales & Manufacturing teams to identify & address the product gaps.Ability to lead the PCBA designs, schematic , hardware designs, troubleshoot electronic circuits and components.Other Key Responsibilities: Excellent Communication skills.Energetic & passionate.Customer-centric interestStrong team player with ability to work in a cross-functional, global team to deliver common goalsRequired Education/Qualifications/Experience/Skills: Bachelor’s in Electronics Engineering, or equivalent.2+ years’ experience in related field.Hands on Experience in Embedded software , Hardware designs.Good exposure on BLDC/Power electronics.CertificationsTravel: Open to travel in domestic & Middle east market.Language: English, HindiSCORECARDMission for *Position*Outcomes Rating CommentsSpecific, objective outcomesObjective: Leading PM product RFQs, by working closely with customers, sales, Plant & complete all technical approval.Outcome : To meet business target on PM product growth.Objective: Address technical quarries on Firmware & Hardware to streamline the product Manufacturing Processes at EMS & Plant .Outcome : To enhance product reliability by resolving technical queries of the customer, Mfg & EMS.Objective: Support PM product NPD & documentation, failures analysis to put the control in place.
