Job Summary:The RPA Developer will design, develop, and implement Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions to automate manual processes, improve operational efficiency, and reduce errors. The individual in this role will collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business processes, identify opportunities for automation, and develop end-to-end RPA solutions. The RPA Developer will also maintain and enhance existing automation solutions and troubleshoot issues as they arise.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:RPA Solution Development – Design, develop, and implement RPA solutions using industry-leading RPA tools such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism. Ensure the automation solutions meet business requirements and function optimally.Process Analysis and Design – Work closely with business stakeholders to understand business processes, identify automation opportunities, and design RPA solutions that streamline workflows, reduce manual effort, and increase efficiency.Automation Implementation – Implement end-to-end automation workflows, including the development of bots, integration with existing systems, and ensuring seamless automation across the enterprise.Testing and Debugging – Perform thorough testing of RPA bots, including unit tests, integration tests, and end-to-end tests to ensure proper functionality and eliminate errors. Troubleshoot and resolve issues in the automation processes as they arise.Bot Monitoring and Maintenance – Monitor the performance of bots to ensure optimal performance, resolve any issues that arise, and maintain the health of automation systems. Implement updates and improvements to enhance the performance and scalability of the bots.Documentation – Create and maintain detailed technical documentation for RPA processes, workflows, and automation solutions. Provide clear instructions for future updates and troubleshooting.Collaboration and Support – Work with business analysts, IT teams, and other stakeholders to ensure that automation solutions meet business needs and integrate with existing systems. Provide support and training to users on the implementation and usage of RPA solutions.Process Improvement – Continuously evaluate and identify opportunities for enhancing existing automation processes and explore new ways to automate business functions for efficiency gains.Compliance and Governance – Ensure that all RPA processes are compliant with organizational policies and industry standards, including security protocols and data privacy regulations.Knowledge Sharing and Training – Share RPA best practices, insights, and knowledge with the team. Conduct training sessions for colleagues or clients to promote the adoption of RPA solutions across the organization.Performance Monitoring and Reporting – Develop reports to monitor RPA performance, track key metrics, and provide insights on automation effectiveness and ROI.Education and Required Skills:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.Minimum of 2 years of experience in RPA development and implementation.Familiarity with RPA tools such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism.Strong experience in programming languages like C#, VB.NET, Python, JavaScript, or similar.Previous experience with process automation, workflow design, and integration with enterprise systems is a plus.Location : Bangalore India (Initially Remote)
