Key Responsibilities:

Leadership & Strategy:

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to position the university among the top institutions nationally and globally.
  • Oversee the university's operations, ensuring discipline, efficiency, and compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Lead the development and enhancement of academic programs and drive innovative initiatives.

Academic Excellence:

  • Introduce new academic programs that meet market demands.
  • Ensure high standards of academic delivery and robust infrastructure for all courses.
  • Attract and retain top-notch faculty, researchers, and staff.

Relationship Management:

  • Represent the university at local, national, and international platforms.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with academic institutions, organizations, and the broader community.
  • Expand resources, collaborations, and global partnerships.

Adaptability & Innovation:

  • Stay updated with market trends, regulations, and best practices to steer the university in the right direction.
  • Implement innovative strategies to enhance brand awareness, admissions, and placements.

  • Strong academic, leadership, and administrative skills.
  • Exceptional communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Conflict management, strategic thinking, and excellent time management.
  • High Emotional Intelligence (EI) & Emotional Quotient (EQ).
  • Commitment to cultural diversity and collaborative global initiatives.


Qualifications & Experience:

  • Education: PhD from a reputed National or International institution.
  • Experience: Minimum 15 years of teaching experience and 5-10 years in senior administration of a large academic institution, with 10 international publications and patents.
  • Strong academic, administrative, and research track record.
