You Will Intern Under an Expert Franchise Development Manager You will assist your manager in franchise closures and gain real, hands-on sales experience. Represent and sell franchise opportunities from leading national and regional brands. Advise entrepreneurs and match them with best-fit franchise models. Conduct virtual meetings, negotiate, and close franchise deals across India. Maintain sales reports on Excel and coordinate efficiently with the FranchiseBazar team. Fluency in English + Hindi, and ideally one regional language Ability to understand investments, business plans, and franchise models Bachelor’s/Master’s in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or Entrepreneurship preferred 10,000 Monthly Internship Stipend (Selected interns will be absorbed as Franchise Development Executives → Starting CTC: ₹3 LPA during 6-month probation → Minimum CTC after 12 months (Internship + Probation): ₹6 LPA Work with India’s top franchise brands from a single virtual platform.
