We are seeking a dedicated Clinical Nutritionist to join our growing care team. The role involves regular interaction with patients through telephonic and video consultations, providing counseling to encourage lifestyle changes, and developing personalized nutrition plans tailored to individual needs. Interacting with patients regularly via telephonic or video calls. ~ Developing a nutrition plan and modifying it based on adoption/feedback from the patient. ~ Analyzing patient data and engaging in virtual patient management. ~ Developing systems and processes for standardizing the quality of care. ~ Bachelor’s/Master’s in Nutrition  Have strong knowledge of nutrition and chronic conditions Opportunity to work with a cross-functional team consisting of leading medical brains, tech geeks, operations gurus.
