Position Summary :

At AppBroda Tech, we are at the forefront of innovation and are building something exciting in Gen-AI for Gaming studios and publishers. Our mission is to create disruptive solutions that redefine user experiences and drive exponential growth for our partners.

This role is perfect for a seasoned professional with 5+ years of experience in Gen-AI or leading a team to drive strategy for Creatives/Motion Graphics for Gaming Studios


Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Strategy & Development:

Identify new market opportunities in Gen-AI or gaming-creative domains.

Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for innovative solutions.

Lead feasibility studies, business model creation, and revenue forecasting.

  • Innovation & Product Development:

Oversee the ideation, prototyping, and validation of new products or services.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, marketing) to bring ideas to life.

Integrate cutting-edge Gen-AI technologies into gaming-creative projects.

  • Leadership & Stakeholder Management:

Build and manage a high-performing team to support new initiatives.

Pitch business ideas to stakeholders and secure buy-in.

Act as a thought leader, representing the company at conferences, workshops, and industry events.

  • Market Research & Trend Analysis:

Stay ahead of industry trends in Gen-AI and gaming creativity.

Benchmark competitors and identify areas for differentiation and innovation.


Qualifications:

  • Experience : Minimum 5 years of experience in entrepreneurial roles, business development, or product innovation in Gen-AI or gaming-creative industries.
  • Technical Expertise : Strong understanding of Gen-AI technologies, gaming platforms, or creative design tools.
  • Entrepreneurial Mindset : Proven ability to conceptualise, launch, and scale new ventures or products.
  • Leadership : Strong team-building and project management skills.
  • Analytical Skills : Proficient in data analysis, market research, and financial modelling.
  • Communication: Exceptional storytelling and pitch presentation abilities.
