You’ll learn how to dive deep into datasets, analyze user journeys, and build dashboards that help shape the insights powering India’s fastest-growing jewelry platform. This is a high-impact learning opportunity where you’ll get exposure to analytics at internet scale.Key Responsibilities- Assist in building and maintaining dashboards and reports to track key business KPIs- Work with SQL queries to extract and analyze data from large datasets- Support analysis of customer journeys, funnels, and product flows using Mixpanel or similar tools- Help derive insights that improve customer experience and product engagement- Collaborate with team members to evaluate experiments and product performance- Present findings in a structured, data-backed way to internal stakeholdersMust-Have- Recently graduated from IIT/NIT- Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills- Good knowledge of SQL and data handling- Basic understanding of data visualization (Power BI/Tableau/Looker)- Excellent communication and attention to detailNice to Have- Exposure to Python/R for data analysis- Interest in e-commerce, consumer tech, or marketplaces- Prior internship or academic project experience in data analyticsWhat’s in it for you- Direct mentorship from senior analysts & the founding team- Opportunity to work on high-impact projects in a fast-paced start-up- Learn the dynamics of e-commerce, customer analytics & business strategy- A dynamic and collaborative work environment – no hierarchy/politicsLocation: HSR Layout, Bangalore (Work from Office)️ Working Days: 6 days/weekWebsite:
