TCS ILP Technical Faculty (Talent Development team)
Experience : 5-15 years
Locations : Bangalore/Kolkata/Hydrabad/Mumbai/Delhi/Pune/Chennai/Trivandrum
Pre-Requisites
Minimum of 3 years of hands-on project experience.
In-depth hands-on experience in Java Full stack (Frontend/Backend)
Exposure in Unix Shell scripting and Advanced UI technologies and database (SQL and PL/SQL/My SQL - hands on knowledge).
Exposure to Agile methodologies preferred. Exposure to Python/. NET/Web/Advanced Technologies will be an additional advantage.
Passionate for coaching and mentoring. Must have good communication skills, presentation skills & influencing skills. Commitment to the role for a minimum of 3 years.
Willing to learn and adapt to new technologies.
Willing to go the extra mile and process centric.
Key Responsibilities
Delivering ILP training as per the process and SLAs.
Course curriculum updates, content creation, hands on assignments, case study creation based on guidelines.
Driving TCS Xplore learning for hired associates prior joining TCS – Foundation learning, As CEn D courses, Assessments & Hackathons
Supporting in-house tools development and Innovations
Supporting overseas ILP as required
Supporting CLP/Elevate and other TD Technology Programs as required.
Working in shifts depending on the training needs
Travelling to other ILP locations for a short term (one to three months) as per needs.
