Drive innovation based o n emerging cybersecurity tren ds and customer needs. Define and implement th e technical roadm ap, ensuring scalability, security, and performance. Oversee the handling o f enterprise-scale vulnerability da ta. Team Management & Mentorship Lead and manage a high-performing engineering te am. Mentor developers o n best practices, code quality, and professional grow th. Foster a collaborative environment that encourages knowledge sharing. Customer-Centric Development Translate customer requirements int o user stories and actionable technical pla ns. Prioritiz e user experience and business val ue in platform development. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand vulnerability management challenges. Communicat e timeline estimates, milestones, and project stat us to leadership and clients. Agile Development Leadership Ensure adherence t o Agile/SCRUM ceremoni es (planning, standups, reviews, retrospectives). Oversee backlog management, prioritization, and sprint planning. Maintain delivery quality throug h code reviews, testing strategies, and CI/CD best practic es. Drive continuous process improvements and productivity within the team.Required Qualifications Education & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.5+ years of profession al software development experie nce. Proven track record working with in Agile/SCRUM te ams.2+ years of technical leadership or team management experie nce. Technical Skills Proficiency in modern programming language s (Java, Python, C#, Java Scr ipt). Strong knowledge of software architecture patte rns and scalable system design. Familiarity wi th cybersecurity princip les and vulnerability management. Understanding of SBOM standards (SPDX, Cyclone DX) and vulnerability databases (CVE, NVD). Experience wi th cloud platfo rms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization. Proficiency in database design and data managem ent at scale. Leadership & Communication Excellent communication skills with ability to translate technical conce pts to diverse audiences. Strong project management, backlog management, and estimation skills. Customer-first mindset with experience gathering and prioritizing requirements. Collaborative leadership style focused on empowerment and results.Preferred Qualifications Master’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related field. Experience in energy sector or critical infrastructure cybersecu rity. Knowledge of supply chain secu rity and software composition analysis. Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, GICSP, GSEC, CSM, orPSM. Hands-on experience w ith Dev Sec Ops pract ices and security-first development.
