The Admin & HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing all administrative and human resources operations. Key responsibilities include recruitment processes, employee onboarding and engagement, maintaining employee records, implementing HR policies, and handling day-to-day office operations. Additionally, the role involves coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth office and HR activities.QualificationsProficiency in HR Management, Recruitment, and Employee RelationsStrong Administrative and Organizational Skills to manage office operationsExperience in Policy Development, Compliance, and Risk MitigationExcellent Communication, Interpersonal, and Leadership abilitiesProficiency in HR and office management softwareAbility to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environmentBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fieldExperience working in the real estate or property management sector is an advantage
