Job Description:You will be responsible for supporting the operation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of critical data center infrastructure , including electrical, cooling, and safety systems. The role involves monitoring facility conditions, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and responding to incidents to maintain uninterrupted operations.Key Responsibilities:✔ Operation & maintenance of Electrical systems (HT/LT), UPS, generators, HVAC, cooling, fire suppression, plumbing, and security systems✔ Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance to minimize downtime✔ Troubleshoot facility equipment, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions✔ Monitor environmental conditions such as temperature, humidity, and air quality✔ Operate and monitor BMS and access control systems✔ Coordinate with vendors and AMC partners for repairs and servicing✔ Maintain logs, maintenance records, inspections, and inventory✔ Ensure strict compliance with safety, health, and environmental standards✔ Respond to emergency situations like power outages or equipment failures✔ Follow and adhere to standard operating procedures (SOPs)✔ Collaborate with engineers, technicians, facility managers, and IT teamsExperience Required: - 2 to 6 Years.Skills & Qualifications:✔ Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical, Mechanical, or related disciplines✔ Strong understanding of electrical systems, power distribution, wiring, circuits, and troubleshooting✔ Hands-on experience with facility maintenance tools and equipment✔ Knowledge of data center safety practices (electrical & fire safety)✔ Familiarity with BMS / CMMS tools (preferred)✔ Good communication skills (English & Hindi)✔ Willingness to work in shifts / on-call support , if requiredPreferred / Added Skills:✔ Prior experience working in data center environments✔ Vendor management and coordination experience✔ Familiarity with IT infrastructure and cross-team collaboration✔ Understanding of energy efficiency and sustainability practices✔ Ability to manage small facility projects✔ Capability to guide or mentor junior technicians✔ Strong customer-focused and problem-solving mindsetLocation - Noida, Mohali, Mumbai, Nashik and Kolkata.
