We're deeply committed to enhancing education for 150 million children in India, partnering with state departments and supporting national initiatives like Vidhya Samiksha Kendra under the National Education Policy 2020. Conve Genius operates across three divisions : Conve Genius Digital uses AI and bots to make systemic improvements, Conve Genius Edu offers Swift PAL tablets and AR-enhanced learning, and Conve Genius Insights leads global research in educational science. Embrace our startup culture, where innovation and determination reshape India’s educational future. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate with block & district stakeholders to set program goals. Analyse data to identify areas for improvement and design targeted interventions. Plan & Deliver impactful training programs for our district Fellows. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of plans (Learning loop & capacity building sessions etc). Prepare regular reports (bi-weekly, monthly, quarterly, yearly) to track progress. Coach and mentor ETNB Fellows to support their professional development. Ensure smooth coordination & communication among the entire district team to achieve program objectives. Assist District Program Managers (DPMs) with day-to-day operations that impact learning. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree required (MSW/B. Ed./MA preferred). Minimum 3 years of experience in education or a related field. Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. Proficiency in data analysis and data-driven decision-making. Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills. Familiarity with project management tools MS word, MS Excel, Powerpoint And software is a plus.
