Greetings from Tata Consultancy ServicesRequired Experience: 5+ YearsLocation: BangaloreYou will be responsible for translating user stories and acceptance criteria into robust test cases using tools such as ATF, Tosca, and other performance testing frameworks. This role plays a critical part in ensuring that complex software implementations are functional, reliable, and optimised for performance across ServiceNow modules including ITSM, CMDB, and integrations.- Minimum 3 years of experience in software test engineering or development within an enterprise environment.- At least 1 year of experience testing end-user facing applications.- Conceptual understanding of software development practices and procedures.- Experience with REST API testing and performance modelling.- Hands-on experience with performance testing tools and techniques.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.- Effective communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences.- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Preferred Qualifications- Experience with multiple platforms and integrations.- ServiceNow Certified Systems Administrator.- ITIL v3 or v4 certification.- Advanced training in agile, product, or software engineering methodologies.
