Blockchain lead

We’re looking for a Blockchain Development Lead to join our Engineering team and to architect and guide the development of blockchain-based solutions across our emerging product lines — from ethical finance and payments to transparency-driven logistics and Saa S ecosystems in Noida. This role combines hands-on engineering, architectural design, and technical leadership. You’ll mentor a team of developers, collaborate with product and Dev Ops squads, and ensure our blockchain stack aligns with Taazaa’s values of kindness, craftsmanship, and iterative innovation. What you’ll do Architecture & Design: Lead the design of scalable, secure, and efficient blockchain systems (permissioned and public). Technical Leadership: Mentor and guide developers on smart contracts, distributed ledger design, and cryptographic principles. Integration: Collaborate with backend, cloud, and data engineering teams to integrate blockchain components with existing Saa S architectures. Innovation: Evaluate emerging technologies (L2s, ZK proofs, stablecoins, cross-chain protocols) for use in real-world business applications. Quality & Security: Establish best practices for code reviews, audits, and on-chain security. Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams including Product Managers, Designers, and Data Scientists to prototype and deploy blockchain-powered features. Your qualifications Technical: 5+ years of software development experience, with 2+ years in blockchain or distributed systems. Strong experience with Solidity , Rust , or Go for blockchain protocols or smart contract development. Hands-on experience with Ethereum , Hyperledger , Polygon , or Solana ecosystems. Deep understanding of cryptographic primitives , consensus algorithms, and decentralized architectures. Familiarity with web3 libraries , Node.js/Type Script , and REST/g RPC API integration. Proven experience in leading teams , conducting code reviews, and mentoring developers. Experience integrating blockchain with AI, Fin Tech, or Saa S platforms is a strong plus.
