Night Shift Ticketing Executive Location: All Four Season is a luxury travel company based in Ahmedabad and Mumbai, committed to creating unforgettable travel experiences for both leisure and corporate travelers. We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Night Shift Ticketing Executive to manage ticketing operations during evening and night hours. The ideal candidate should have proven experience in airline ticketing and travel services, strong knowledge of GDS systems, and the ability to handle client queries efficiently with minimal supervision.
Ticketing Operations:
o Book, cancel, reschedule, and manage domestic and international tickets.
o Provide customer service via calls, emails, and chats during the night shift.
o Assist clients with queries related to fares, routing, and policies.
o Ensure accurate data entry and booking processes.
o Liaise with airlines, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth ticketing operations.
o Update clients on travel schedules, changes, and airline policies.
o Follow company policies and adhere to industry regulations.

Minimum 1–2 years of proven experience in airline ticketing or travel services.
· Strong knowledge of fare rules, airline ticketing policies, and international routing.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
· Ability to work independently and manage responsibilities in a night shift setup.
· Reliable internet connection and a suitable work-from-home environment (for holidays/week-offs).

Experience handling night shift operations.
· Familiarity with visa regulations, baggage policies, and travel restrictions will be an added benefit.

Work Hours (Night Shift):
Sunday to Friday: 06:00 PM – 12:00 Midnight
Week Offs & Holidays: 10:00 AM – 05:00 PM
