Data Governance Manager

#### Key Responsibilities:

1. **Data Governance**: Establish and enforce data governance policies, ensuring data quality, integrity, and security.

2. **Data Analysis**: Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that drive business decisions.

3. **Data Modeling**: Develop and maintain data models, data flows, and architecture documentation.

4. **Collaboration**: Work closely with IT, business units, and stakeholders to align data strategies with business objectives.

5. **Reporting**: Create and present reports and dashboards using data visualization tools to communicate findings to stakeholders.

6. **Database Management**: Oversee database design and management, ensuring optimal performance and scalability.

7. **Training & Mentorship**: Mentor junior analysts and provide training on data management best practices.

#### Required Skills:

- Proficiency in SQL and experience with database management systems (e.g., Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL).

- Strong analytical skills and experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI).

- Knowledge of data governance frameworks and methodologies.

- Excellent communication skills for conveying complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.

- Familiarity with programming languages (e.g., Python, R) for data manipulation and analysis.
