Job Title: Ad Operations Executive – Amazon MarketplaceLocation: GurgaonDepartment: E-commerce (Amazon & Flipkart)Reports To: Performance Marketing Manager / E-commerce HeadRole Overview:The Ad Operations Executive will be responsible for planning, executing, monitoring, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns on Amazon (and optionally Flipkart). The goal is to maximize visibility, drive conversions, and achieve targeted ACoS and ROAS benchmarks while aligning with brand and business objectives.Key Responsibilities:1. Campaign ManagementCreate and manage Sponsored Product, Sponsored Brand, and Sponsored Display campaigns on Amazon.Conduct keyword research, negative keyword optimization , and bid adjustments.Regularly monitor campaign performance and make data-driven optimizations .Implement auto and manual campaigns with structured naming conventions.Manage daily budgets, pacing, and bid strategies for optimal ROI.2. Performance Tracking & ReportingTrack ACoS, CTR, CPC, ROAS, CVR, and other key metrics daily.Maintain detailed campaign performance reports and dashboards (Excel or Google Sheets).Analyze trends to identify growth opportunities and underperforming SKUs.Share weekly and monthly performance reports with insights and next-step recommendations.3. Keyword & ASIN OptimizationConduct keyword audits to identify high-performing search terms.Optimize ASIN-level targeting, product placements, and content relevance .Collaborate with the content and design teams to improve listing quality and ad creatives.4. Strategy & Budget PlanningAssist in monthly ad budget planning and forecasting with the marketing and finance teams.Help identify seasonal and event-based campaigns (e.g., Great Indian Festival, Big Billion Days).Propose new strategies to improve share of voice and reduce cost per conversion.5. Collaboration & CoordinationWork closely with the E-commerce, Design, and Performance Marketing teams to ensure campaign creatives, copies, and pricing align with brand objectives.Coordinate with Amazon
