Executive Project Assistant - TechnicalThe Mobility Research Team in IIIT-Hyderabad is looking for an Executive Technical Assistant for projects. For more details about the Mobility work at IIIT-Hyderabad, see responsibilities for this Executive Technical Assistant position include:Lead and coordinate multiple (two or three) applied research projects at the institute, and other independent projects on a time-to-time basisRepresent PIs and scientists in project discussions, summarize, document and manage the projectWork closely with multiple stakeholders across different organizations, collaborating with Faculty, Engineering and management teamsActively engage with internal and external stakeholdersInterface and engage with external organizations through reports, meetings and presentations in a proactive manner.Help manage scope, timelines and quality of research output in projectsRecommend tools, methods and processes to help improve efficacy and efficiency of project tracking and executionServe as a single point contact for project related requests from stakeholdersCreate, maintain and update presentations related to various project engagementsThe statements contained in this job profile reflect general details as necessary to describe the principal functions of this job and the scope of responsibility.
