About the RoleWe are looking for a Business Development Executive with a go-getter attitude and provenexperience in SaaS sales . The ideal candidate should have a strong track record of driving revenuegrowth, identifying new opportunities, and closing deals in a start-up or fast-paced environment .You will play a key role in building relationships, understanding client needs, and helping them seethe value of our SaaS solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify, qualify, and convert new business opportunities for SaaS products.Drive end-to-end sales cycles — from lead generation to deal closure.Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through CRM tools.Conduct product demos and presentations tailored to client requirements.Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to refine messaging and improve lead quality.Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.Stay updated on market trends, competitive landscape, and SaaS industry developments.Required Skills & QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.2–4 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales or business development roles.Experience working in a start-up or high-growth environment .Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Ability to work independently and thrive in a target-driven environment.Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho) is a plus.Preferred AttributesSelf-motivated with a “hunter” mindset.Passionate about technology and SaaS solutions.Adaptable, resilient, and comfortable with change.Team player who takes initiative and ownership.What We OfferCompetitive salary and performance-based incentives.Opportunity to work with a dynamic and fast-growing SaaS company.Exposure to global markets and clients.A collaborative and high-energy work culture where ideas are valued.
