The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive traffic, increase conversions, and grow brand awareness.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Shopify Store Management:
• Oversee daily operations of the Shopify web store, ensuring optimal performance, user experience, and product visibility.
• Manage product listings, optimize product pages for SEO, and ensure smooth integration with payment gateways, inventory systems, and shipping providers.
2. Digital Marketing Strategy:
• Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including email marketing, social media, Google Ads, and affiliate marketing.
• Monitor and analyze performance metrics, providing data-driven insights and making improvements to optimize ROI.
3. Social Media Marketing:
• Plan and execute social media campaigns across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Pinterest to drive engagement, traffic, and sales.
• Create content calendars, write compelling ad copy, and track social media analytics to refine strategies.
4. SEO & Content Marketing:
• Implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve search engine rankings and organic traffic for the Shopify store.
• Create and optimize blog content, product descriptions, and landing pages for SEO.
5. Paid Advertising Campaigns:
• Plan and manage paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads) to drive qualified traffic to the store and increase conversions.
• Optimize ads for performance, budget efficiency, and targeting accuracy.
6. Email Marketing:
• Develop and execute email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, promotions, product launches, and abandoned cart recovery.
• Segment email lists for personalized marketing and track campaign performance to improve open and conversion rates.
7. Customer Relationship Management (CRM):
• Engage with customers through targeted marketing efforts to enhance retention and increase lifetime value.
• Use customer data to create personalized marketing messages and offers.
8. Analytics & Reporting:
• Track and analyze key metrics such as traffic, conversions, sales, customer behavior, and campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and Shopify analytics.
• Provide regular reports to management with recommendations for improvements.
9. A/B Testing:
• Conduct A/B testing on landing pages, product pages, and marketing campaigns to optimize for better conversion rates.
Qualifications :
• Proven experience managing Shopify-based e-commerce stores and implementing digital marketing strategies.
• Strong knowledge of SEO, PPC, email marketing, social media, and analytics tools.
• Proficient in tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, and email marketing platforms (e.g., Klaviyo, Mailchimp).
• Creative, data-driven, and results-oriented with a strong attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in the fashion, beauty, or retail industry.
• Knowledge of Shopify apps and third-party integrations (e.g., Oberlo, Mailchimp, Privy).
• Graphic design skills or familiarity with design tools like Canva or Photoshop is a plus.
