Why this role matters

As we accelerate toward our next inflexion point, we need a versatile Business Analyst who can also champion Quality Assurance and lead Scrum ceremonies. You will sit at the heart of product delivery, translating strategy into user stories, ensuring release quality, and driving an agile culture that serves external customers (investors & partners)and internal customers (investment, compliance, and operations teams).

Key responsibilities

Design & Develop

  • Build high-quality, performant, and maintainable front-end features using React (.js and Native) and in cooperation with Java BootSpring backend.
  • Translate product requirements and UI/UX wireframes into elegant, responsive interfaces.
  • Ensure consistent adherence to Kilde’s simplicity, transparency, and streamlined interactions design principles.

Collaborate & Scale

  • Work closely with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to deliver features end-to-end.
  • Be a full-stack developer or at least open to becoming one.
  • Optimise the platform for scalability as we expand from hundreds of millions to billions in transaction volume while maintaining simplicity.
  • Bring a problem-solving mindset to refining user journeys and reducing friction in critical investment flows.
  • Be ready to switch between React.js and React Native when bringing a native mobile ap p to life.

Quality & Reliability

  • Write clean, testable code with strong unit and integration coverage. Followed up with test cases in BrowserStack.
  • Partner with QA and DevOps to ensure smooth releases across web and mobile.
  • Stay current with modern frontend practices and proactively introduce improvements.

What you bring

  • 10+ years of frontend development experience (React, Next.js, or similar modern frameworks).
  • Showcase your extra mile in becoming a full-stack developer (can be personal projects or past work experience)
  • Strong foundation in JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3. At least basic knowledge of Java and experience with Sprinboot are a plus.
  • Experience integrating APIs, optimising performance, and handling security in fintech or regulated environments is a plus. Experience within the crypto space is a plus.
  • A good eye for design, usability, and responsive layouts.
  • Growth mindset — comfortable in a fast-paced, international scale-up environment.
