Technical Recruiter / IT Recruiter# ;#Year of Experience- 4-8 Years ( Relevant Min 4 Years) #Shift Mode- Day Shift #Work Model: 5 Days WFO Take ownership of full-cycle IT recruitment, from understanding job requirements to onboarding. Create accurate and engaging job descriptions, and post them across job boards, LinkedIn, and niche platforms. Implement strategic sourcing channels, including Boolean searches, social media outreach, passive candidate engagement, and referrals Build and maintain a robust tech talent pipeline and candidate database for future needs Enhance candidate experience with prompt communication, personalized outreach, and timely updates. Stay updated on IT market trends, hiring practices, salary benchmarks, and emerging roles in tech. Represent the organization at job fairs, tech meetups, and networking events for brand visibility and candidate sourcing. Track recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per hire, source effectiveness, and provide Any Bachelor’s degree ~4–8 years of proven experience in IT / Technical recruitment (agency or inhouse), ideally consulting exposure. ~ Strong understanding of IT roles and technologies (e.g., Java, .NET, DevOps, Data Science, Cloud, Cybersecurity). ~ Boolean search, niche platform recruiting, cold outreach, passive talent engagement. ~
