Role Title: e GRC Consultant - e GRC platform (E.g : SAI 360 BWise / Metric Stream / Archer ).Core Skills:SQL : 3+ yrs of expJava/VUE Java Script: 1+ yrs of expGRC Skills:3+ yrs of GRC product experience - SAI 360 BWise / Metric Stream / ArcherJob Description & ResponsibilitiesSolution Design & Configuration- Analyse business requirements and translate them into robust configurations or customizations within the e GRC platform (e.g., SAI360 BWise).- Develop forms, dashboards, workflows and automation scripts as needed.Technical Expertise & Delivery- Develop GRC Solutions with minimal supervision.- Prepare and maintain solution documentation, configuration logs, and user guides.- Maintain a high standard of quality and adhere to established technical and security standards.Collaboration & Support- Work closely with business analysts, end users, and process owners to clarify requirements, gather feedback, and propose solutions.- Coordinate with developers, QA analysts, and other IT functions to ensure cohesive and effective end-to-end solution delivery.- Participate in testing support, defect triage, and provide post-deployment troubleshooting and user support.- Review incidents & requests raised by e GRC users and ensure resolution within defined SLA.
