Job Overview:
Recla International Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a dynamic and skilled Site Engineer with expertise in Pre-Engineered Building (PEB) construction. You will be responsible for managing and supervising the day-to-day construction activities on-site, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
*Site Supervision*: Oversee all on-site activities related to PEB construction, including the installation of structural steel, roofing, cladding, and other components.
*Quality Control*: Ensure all work meets project specifications, quality standards, and engineering requirements.
*Material & Resource Management*: Coordinate timely delivery and proper storage of materials, ensuring no delays or wastage.
*Safety Compliance*: Enforce strict safety standards and conduct regular safety checks on-site.
*Team Coordination*: Work closely with project managers, subcontractors, and engineers to resolve issues and ensure smooth project execution.
*Documentation*: Maintain accurate records of daily activities, progress reports, and inspections.
*Client Liaison*: Communicate regularly with clients and stakeholders to provide updates and address concerns.
Qualifications & Skills:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
Experience: 3+ years of experience in PEB construction or related field.
Technical Skills: Strong understanding of PEB materials, construction techniques, and industry standards.
Leadership: Strong organizational and team management skills.
Safety Awareness: Knowledge of construction site safety protocols.
Work Conditions:
Full-time, on-site role with potential travel to different project locations.
Flexibility in working hours during peak construction phases.
