Relationship Manager 1 Location: Bangalore (Hybrid)

Experience in support or operational project work is preferred. The candidate should also be flexible and willing to work both day and night shifts, as the project operates 24/7, 365 days a year. As an RM, you will be a key technical contributor, leveraging your expertise and experience to drive the successful execution of a project. Project Management - Help in the development of project plans, set milestones. Identifying and mitigating risks as needed. Training new RMs in the project as and when needed.
Introduce and implement innovative solutions to enhance system efficiency and performance.
Quality assurance and problem-solving skills - Ensure high-quality standards. Collaboration with leadership - Collaborate with TL/Manager to align engineering strategies with overall business objectives. Provide input for technology-related decision-making and long-term planning.
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in providing support or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Customer centric mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Experience in program/project management and process improvement, preferably in a support/operational project environment.
Strong understanding of software architectures, Microsoft products, software lifecycle methodology, and information systems development required.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data driven decisions to improve support operations.
Strong technical design and process analysis skills may be required.
Strong business-analyst background preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field required.
