Requirements
Experience : 1-2 years of teaching or training experience in IT or non-IT fields
Education : Bachelor's degree in any field; IT or tech background beneficial
Skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies
Strong presentation and facilitation skills
Preferred Qualifications
AI Knowledge : Basic understanding of AI concepts or willingness to learn
Training Certifications : Certification in training or teaching methodologies
Technical Skills : Familiarity with programming languages or AI tools
