About: HR Interface Executive Search has been mandated to hire for our client, a fast-growing startup in the Sports Ticketing & Experiential Travel space. The company is revolutionizing how sports fans experience global events by offering premium sports travel packages that include Official Match Tickets, VIP Hospitality, Team Hotels, and personalized travel services. They are official ticketing and hospitality agents for world-renowned sporting events, partnering with prestigious organizations such as the International Olympic Committee, FIFA, ICC, Wimbledon, UEFA , and top football clubs like FC Barcelona and Manchester United .

With a current strength of 40-50+ employees and operations across India, Singapore, Dubai, and North America , they are now seeking a Graphic Design Specialist to join their team at their Mumbai HQs .

Position Summary:

  • Reporting To: Lead - Graphic Design
  • Company Strength: 40-50 employees
  • Location: Lower Parel, Mumbai, India
  • Years of Experience Needed: 6-7 years of experience in Graphic Design, Must Be from a reputed design school/institute.
  • Compensation on Offer: 12 - 15 LPA
  • Work Days: 5-day workweek from office

Position Overview:

HR Interface Executive Search is recruiting a Graphic Design Specialist for our client. This individual contributor role, reporting to the Lead - Graphic Design, is ideal for a designer with a knack for innovative, disruptive design and looking for a career-building opportunity. The successful candidate will create compelling visuals that set the company apart in a crowded digital landscape, resonating with sports fans and the broader audience.

Key Responsibilities:

Creative Design Execution:

  • Assist in the development of high-quality visuals for digital and print platforms, adhering to brand guidelines and design briefs.
  • Work on design projects including social media graphics, email templates, banner ads, website content, and promotional materials to support marketing campaigns.

Trend Awareness & Design Research:

  • Stay up-to-date with design trends, bringing fresh ideas to team brainstorming sessions.
  • Support the team in researching innovative design approaches that can be adapted for the brand, helping elevate visual appeal in line with industry trends.

️ Collaborative Design Development:

  • Collaborate closely with the Lead - Graphic Design and other team members to execute creative concepts.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions, bringing ideas and suggestions that align with project goals and brand voice.

Quality & Detail Orientation:

  • Review and refine designs, ensuring alignment with brand standards and maintaining attention to detail in color, typography, and layout.
  • Conduct quality checks to ensure all designs are optimized for digital and print formats, meeting technical specifications.

Cross-Functional Team Support:

  • Work alongside marketing and product teams to produce visually compelling assets that support cross-departmental goals.
  • Adapt designs based on feedback from various stakeholders, contributing to a smooth creative development process.

Must-Have Experience (We are not shortlisting without these key parameters):

  • 6-7 years of experience in graphic design, with a strong foundation in digital design.
  • Background from a reputed design school/institute .
  • Proven track record in delivering disruptive and attention-grabbing visuals that resonate with modern audiences.
  • Expertise in industry-standard design tools, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) , and familiarity with Figma or Sketch .
  • Strong understanding of branding and visual communication.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field from a reputable design institute.
  • Experience: Proven experience as a Graphic Design Specialist or in a similar role, with hands-on expertise in both digital and print design.
  • Skills: Ability to think creatively, solve design challenges, and deliver visually engaging content that aligns with marketing objectives.
