Join a fast-growing, innovative team building the next generation of accounting automation tools.About the RoleAs an Accounting Automation Consultant or how we call it "Agent Product Manager", you’ll use our no-code AI platform to design, build, and optimize AI-powered workflows for accounting firms. Your accounting or finance experience will help you understand client needs and translate manual processes into smart automations—no coding required.What You’ll Do- Collaborate with accounting and finance professionals to understand business processes, pain points, and automation needs- Design, build, and test AI agents and automated workflows using our no-code platform- Map out end-to-end accounting processes and translate them into automation logic- Support client onboarding, training, and adoption of our platform- Document best practices and create user-friendly materials- Provide feedback to the product team for continuous platform improvement- Stay up-to-date with the latest in accounting, finance, and automation technologyWhat We’re Looking For- 3+ years of experience in accounting or finance (public accounting, corporate finance, bookkeeping, or related fields)- Strong understanding of accounting workflows and terminology- Analytical thinker with a knack for process optimization- Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new tools—no coding experience required- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal- Proactive, detail-oriented, and organized- Experience with Power Automate, Alteryx, UiPath, Automation Anywhere, BluePrism, No-Code Automation tools
