We are hiring for leading water proofing organization for Mumbai and Hyderabad location.

Role : Regional Manager QAQC

Experience: 10 – 12 Years

Education: Diploma, BE and ME in Candidate from CIVIL is mandatory

Location: Mumbai, Delhi & Hyderabad

Job Description

1.Quality Assurance:

1. Attend internal kick off meeting for all projects and kick off meeting with customers for all projects > Cr 5 value.

2. Prepare project specific checklist / ITP & method statement with clear DO's and Don'ts

3. Organize to prepare detailed shop drawings for all projects > 3 Cr value.

4. Coordinate with Engineer QA-QC for all mock up reports and perform a follow up 2nd trial for non- conformities and report to Product Development manager, Head TFT and Vendor for required improvement / modification / replacement if necessary

2.Site Inspection:

1. Conduct site visit and PQA as per schedule for all projects > 5 Cr on minimum weekly basis, for projects between 3 Cr to 5 Cr once a month and for all other projects at 25% and 75% completion stage and additionally as required. Ensure interaction with Customer Project QC head and Project Director/Project Manager during site visits.

2. Additionally, all projects to be inspected and quality audited at completion stage, with Project Director /Project Head level customer interaction meeting to ensure no pending customer complaints, as well as availability /archiving of all QAQC records.

2. Ensure periodic /monthly audit by QC engineer of all remaining sites projects value less than 5 Cr.

3. Monitor internal as well as customer NCRs raised in ERP/PMS by self and by Engineer QA-QC for resolution as per TAT

4. Monitor Project Quality Audit (PQA) performed by Engineer QAQC & monitor corrective steps with Project team for their resolution.

5. Attend Client meeting for all QAQC / Product related topics for all projects (>5Cr.) and attempt for 50% coverage for other projects

3.Quality Control:

1. Finalize Root Cause analysis for Leakage at Sites , Product related issues & for Repair WOs and suggest remedial measures to be taken. Monitor the progress on repair works. Generate report with insights to enable actionable improvement and initiatives .

2. Material related complaints (Quality, MTC etc) to be raised with Manager Product & Manager Purchase forresolution

3. Monitor Closure of NCRs raised by Client in coordination with Project Team by effectively guiding internal team & meeting Clients whenever necessary.

4. Monitor the Testing protocol of the projects to comply with contractual conditions in coordination with Cm/GM.

5. Lead and Manage the interaction and testing process with 3rd Party Labs as and when required. Organise quotes from labs, Negotiate , review with Head -TFT / GM & organise to get approved the quotation received from Third Party Lab for Testing of new product / ongoing product samples. Continual Monitoring of testing needs as per project contractual requirement.

4.People Management:

1. Prepare & review the Monthly Site visit Schedule for Engineers QAQC & Self based on the Order Book & Contractual commitments

2. Monitor Smart Technician training conducted by Engineer QAQC.

3. Conducting weekly review meetings with Engineer QAQC on Quality related points such as PQA performance, Daily Work observations, Leakage analysis etc submitted by Engineer QAQC. Preparing OAAP for the findings.

4. Conduct Periodic meetigns and Lead discussions with CM/GM /Operations Head for required corrective actions .

5 . Review & Guide Engineer QAQC in the preparation of QA-QC Pep Talk Videos as per training needs.

6 . Preparation of Monthly OAAP report & organizing meeting with Project Team for reviews .
