Job Description:
Designation- Senior Python Developer
Experience- 6+ Years {Mandatory}
Notice Period- Up to 30days
Location- Bengaluru 4days (WFO)
Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Python Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in Python scripting, experience with modern frameworks and AI/ML technologies, and a proven track record of delivering scalable solutions. This role is ideal for a self-motivated, fast learner who excels as an individual contributor.
Required Skills:
- Expertise in Python scripting with extensive hands-on experience.
- Proficiency in web frameworks such as Tornado and Fast API.
- Strong knowledge of AI/ML concepts and Generative AI, with practical experience in RAG implementations.
- Hands-on experience with embedding and transformer models.
- Experience in building and maintaining ETL pipelines for document processing
- Familiarity with Azure AI Search and related tools.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects.

- A self-starter with a keen ability to learn and adapt to new technologies.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- A track record of working as an individual contributor on complex projects.
