One of our early-stage B2B SaaS portfolio companies is looking for an experienced Head of Engineering to come and lead the engineering team. Drive architectural decisions, establish engineering standards, and mentor the existing team while scaling to 10+ engineers Lead hiring for critical technical roles, establish engineering culture, and build processes that scale Take end-to-end responsibility for system reliability, performance, and compliance in revenue-critical environments Former founder strongly preferred or significant early-stage startup experience (pre-Series A) ~5-7 years building production systems that handle real user problems ~ Built at least one indie project involving AI/automation ~ Strong engineering fundamentals: distributed systems, databases, cloud infrastructure ~ Experience with Python, workflow orchestration tools, AWS ecosystem ~ Experience attracting and managing high-quality talent ~ Comfortable with healthcare/fintech-level regulatory requirements Please apply to this role directly on LinkedIn.
