Develop and maintain apositive working relationship with the onsite partners and stakeholders.what you get to do● Help meet established schedules or resolve technical or operational problems● Provide support and collaborate with onshore partners and clients● Coordinate and facilitate all employee on-boarding activities● Assess and audit quality of work according to established metrics, goals and expectedperformancelevels for all team members; provide feedback and coaching as needed in partnership withmanager● Identify areas of process improvement and provide recommendations to streamlineefficiencies● Act as first point of contact for escalations - investigate root causes and providerecommended nextsteps● Collaborate on special projects● May act as a consultative partner who appropriately manages expectations andcommunicatesprocess/project plans and timelines● Meet or exceed assigned daily/ weekly
