3x, CPL within targets, CTR benchmarks per platform- Ensure 100% of campaigns are launched and optimized within turnaround times- Run at least one influencer-driven performance pilot per quarter (as applicable)- Submit monthly client reports with analytics and recommendations- Maintain budget adherence with- Ensure 90%+ client retention across managed accountsRequired Skills & Qualifications- 4+ years of hands-on experience in managing full-funnel performance campaigns- Proven expertise across Google, Meta, Linked In, and email marketing platforms- Strong knowledge of attribution, analytics, and reporting tools (GA, Tag Manager, etc.)- Working understanding of SEO and content-performance alignment- Familiarity with influencer ROI measurement tools- Excellent project management, client communication, and analytical skills- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or Data Analytics (preferred)Compensation & Benefits- Salary: INR 40,000 per month + performance-based incentives- Hands-on strategic responsibility with measurable impact- Exposure to diverse clients and performance-driven marketing challenges- Collaborative, fast-paced in-office work environmentGrowth PathYear 1 – Manage multiple client accounts with P&L ownershipYear 2 – Step up as Performance Marketing LeadYear 3 – Grow into Head of Digital PerformanceVridhii Digital is an equal opportunity employer and values diverse perspectives.
