We’re looking for a Financial Analyst who can turn financial data into insight, clarity, and direction. This role supports leadership with accurate analysis, forecasting, and reporting that directly influences business decisions. You’ll work closely with finance, operations, and business teams to ensure financial discipline and transparency.Key Responsibilities- Prepare and analyze financial reports, budgets, forecasts, and variance analyses- Track revenue, costs, margins, and key business KPIs- Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial planning cycles- Build and maintain financial models for business planning and scenario analysis- Provide insights to support pricing, cost optimization, and investment decisions- Assist in preparing management reports and presentations for leadership- Ensure data accuracy and consistency across financial systems- Work with cross-functional teams to understand business drivers and financial impactRequired Skills & Experience- 2–6 years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or related roles- Strong proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets and financial modeling- Experience working with financial statements (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow)- Good understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills- Ability to present financial insights clearly to non-finance stakeholdersGood to Have- Experience with ERP or financial tools (SAP, Oracle, Netsuite, or similar)- Exposure to BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, etc.)- Prior experience in startup or fast-growing environments- Knowledge of SQL or basic data analysis tools
