Join Finolex Industries Limited – We're Hiring a BTL Manager

As a BTL (Below-The-Line) Manager , you'll plan and execute high-impact, on-ground brand activations and gifting initiatives across India. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales and partner engagement through strategic BTL campaigns, while managing budgets, analyzing performance, and optimizing results. With a strong focus on team leadership and vendor coordination, you'll ensure every experience reflects the brand's values and delivers measurable impact.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute BTL strategies that drive sales and brand awareness

Plan and execute gifting activities for channel partners, including selection of gifts, procurement, and logistics management

Ensure gifting activities align with brand objectives and enhance partner relationships

Analyze sales data, inventory levels, and customer feedback to evaluate BTL activity effectiveness

Team Management

Lead and develop a team of vendor associates, providing guidance, support, and training

Manage performance, coaching, and mentoring third party team members

Required Qualifications & Experience:

~ Master's degree in Marketing 10+ years of experience in BTL, Trade Marketing, Gifting (Corporate/Festival), Retail Management, or related roles

Strong understanding of BTL principles, product assortment planning, and retail marketing strategies

Excellent analytical, creative, and problem-solving skills

Experience managing and developing a team
