The Marketing Communications Executive (Senior Executive) will be the key person for developing and executing all marketing-related initiatives in India.

This position requires a candidate with comprehensive knowledge of the Indian market and the ability to align with global marketing efforts.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of marketing dynamics, excellent communication skills, and the capability to manage various marketing tasks to enhance our influence in both India and global markets.

Key Responsibilities: Global Coordination: Work closely with our global marketing team to expand our marketing efforts and strengthen our brand presence both in India and internationally.

Content Creation Support: Manage and develop engaging content for various marketing platforms to enhance our company presence.

Media Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with key media outlets to elevate our reputation in India and globally.

Event Coordination: Plan and execute marketing events, both online and offline, to promote our professions and enhance market influence.

Collaborative Opportunities and Online Marketing Initiatives: Identify and pursue opportunities for collaboration and online marketing to drive brand awareness and engagement.

Photography & Videography Guidance: Implement, oversee, and guide the photo and video shooting process to ensure high-quality visual content.

You Are: A Key Coordinator: Responsible for managing all marketing-related activities in India, ensuring that every initiative aligns with our global strategy.

You will be the primary point of contact for coordinating marketing efforts, overseeing project timelines, and ensuring the seamless execution of campaigns.

An Exceptional Communicator: Your role will involve collaborating and communicating with various internal teams and external partners to ensure that our marketing strategies are effectively implemented.

A Conceptual Thinker: Possessing the creativity and knowledge of different tactics to identify and engage the appropriate target audiences.

Sensitive to Marketing Content Trends: Able to translate complex information and ideas into intuitive and effective visuals, and generate creative ideas for presenting marketing messages.

Your Key Skills Include: Versatility in Content Development: Experience developing content for different platforms and an understanding of how to maximize exposure.

Excellent English Communication: Strong writing, editing, and proofreading abilities.

Proven Experience in Media Campaigns: Coordinating and managing media campaigns through various channels.

Understanding of B2 B Marketing: Knowledge of communications for intangible services.

Active Background in Media Relations: Establishing, building, and maintaining relationships with key media/influencers and coordinating activity is a plus.

SEO and Analytical Skills: Good working knowledge of SEO practices and experience with tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, or similar.

Software Proficiency: Adobe In Design, Illustrator, Photoshop, Offices, and marketing automation tools such as Hub Spot or similar.

Previous Exposure to Architecture, Interior Design, and Engineering: Experience in these fields is a plus.

Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in communications, marketing, journalism, or a related field.

Experience: At least 5 years of experience in marketing communications and content development.

Experience in the architecture, interior design, or related fields is a plus.

Personal Attributes: Well-organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated.

Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with team members and external partners.

Creative and strategic thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Adaptable and flexible, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
