We are looking to build a visionary and agile team to help fuel our growth and contribute towards further advancing the continuously evolving product.About the RoleBeing an analyst at Nutrabay is about more than simply crunching numbers – finding compelling insights within data and using your exceptional business and communication skills to translate those insights into action. As one of the masterminds behind our strategic planning, forecasting and analysis, you’ll spend your time digging into big, complex data sets. The data will not remain inert in your hands, however, since you’ll use your critical thinking, problem-solving solving and communication skills to influence and drive thoughtful and well-informed decision making. As an analyst, you will partner with internal teams to define and implement solutions that improve the internal business processes teams as well as tracking and reporting processes. This is an opportunity to lead and to enable projects aimed at making online shopping fun, easy and accessible in India.Responsibilities:Create dashboards and automated reports to track KPIsGenerate data-based insights that help to launch impactful and effective marketing and user acquisition & retention programs.Interpret data and analyze results using analytics, research methodologies, and statistical techniques.Develop an in-depth understanding of the customer journey and current trends to improve marketing initiatives.Dive deep into campaign performance data to identify opportunities for improvement.Prepare, analyze, and summarize various weekly, monthly, and periodic operational results for use by various key stakeholders, creating reports, specifications, dashboards, and flowchartsCollaborate with Product for data tracking and implementation of tools like Google Analytics, Flurry, Clevertap etc.Partner with cross-functional stakeholders (engineering, design, sales and operations teams) regularly to drive product/process changes and improve business intelligenceWhat would make you a great fit?2 years of professional experience in Business Intelligence/Data Analytics. Preferably within a digital business.Experience with Power BI, Looker, etc. Possess basic business sense and an understanding of common statistics/analytics techniquesProficient in Excel and SQL queriesAdvanced analytical skills with experience collecting, organizing, analyzing, and disseminating abundant information with accuracyThe ability to write reports and dashboardingFamiliar with digital analytics and clickstream data. This is not the best situation when you need to ensure 100% authenticity of products as the website selling these never knows what the 3rd party seller is actually sending to the customer via their website. This is where we saw a huge problem to be solved. A website that lists no 3rd party seller, no middlemen, fulfills and ships direct to the customer, gets certified by all the brands for authentic products and is able to offer comfortable price points at the same time. Today, we have found huge success in solving this problem. We’re proud of it, and will continue to innovate and bring exciting products that help people become a better version of themselves.
