Job description We are seeking a dedicated SEO Team Lead who possesses a profound understanding of search engine optimization to join our team. This individual will be responsible for the development, implementation, tracking, and optimization of all organic activities across all digital channels.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage independent SEO projects, executing the latest on-page, off-page, and content marketing strategies to meet business goals and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Conduct SEO audits, content audits, and provide technical SEO recommendations as required.
Oversee a team of SEO specialists by directing, assigning, guiding, and reviewing their tasks and performance, reporting to management accordingly.
Collaborate effectively with the Content, Design, Social Media, PPC, and Management teams on SEO-related tasks.
Implement outreach strategies for acquiring backlinks from high-authority websites, including guest blogging, while coordinating with the internal content team for content development. Engage with external website owners via email for link placements.
Perform essential SEO-related updates in HTML, CSS, and content management systems such as Word Press for clients as needed. Utilize Google Data Studio for insights and report creation.
Manage various digital marketing platforms to drive organic traffic and develop content strategies for clients' social networks and blogs.
Optimize existing website content and landing pages using targeted keywords and create meta tags, H1 tags, canonical tags, and more as necessary.
Prepare and analyze weekly and monthly reports for clients, ensuring clear communication regarding project development, timelines, and results.
Coordinate with clients to thoroughly understand their SEO needs and objectives.
Possess expertise in client communication and facilitate regular reporting and meetings with SEO leadership on traffic improvements, KPIs, and the achievement of business objectives.
*Experience and Qualifications:*
A minimum of 4 years of experience in SEO and digital marketing.
A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
A proven track record of success in improving search rankings.
Strong knowledge of SEO tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, Moz, and SEMrush.
Demonstrated leadership and team management skills.
Google Analytics Individual Qualification (GAIQ) and Google Ads Certification.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
