Senior Solutions Specialist

Role Overview:We are looking for a highly technical Senior Solution Specialist to lead client implementations of our platform and APIs. This role requires strong engineering skills, deep knowledge of API-driven architectures, and the ability to work directly with client developers and architects to ensure seamless integrations. You will be the technical owner of client onboarding, bridging product capabilities with client requirements.Key Responsibilities:● Technical Implementation & Integration○ Own the end-to-end technical onboarding of clients, including platform setup, APIintegrations, and data flows.○ Design and implement integration solutions using REST/GraphQL APIs, SDKs,and webhooks.○ Write scripts, sample code, and reference implementations to accelerate clientadoption.● Solution Engineering○ Translate client business requirements into scalable technical solutions.○ Advise clients on best practices for API usage, authentication, error handling, andperformance optimization.○ Conduct architecture reviews and integration design workshops with clienttechnical teams.● Troubleshooting & Support○ Debug API calls, logs, and integration issues using tools like Postman, cURL,and monitoring platforms.○ Collaborate with engineering teams to resolve escalated technical issues.○ Document solutions and contribute to technical knowledge bases.● Client Enablement○ Deliver technical training sessions and workshops for client developers.○ Provide guidance on CI/CD integration, automation, and scaling strategies.● Cross-functional Collaboration○ Partner with Product and Engineering to provide client feedback on APIs andplatform features.○ Support Sales and Customer Success teams with technical expertise duringpre-sales and post-sales phasesMust-Have:● Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field● 4–8 years of experience in SaaS implementation, solution engineering, or integrationconsulting● 2+ years of software programming or software testing experience● Strong understanding of REST APIs, JSON, OAuth2.0, and webhooksGood to have:● Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes.● Knowledge of integration middleware (Mulesoft, Workato, Zapier, etc.).● Exposure to enterprise security standards (SSO, SAML, SCIM, RBAC).● Prior experience working with global enterprise clients.
