Employee Referral Bonus: Receive INR 15,000 for every successful employee referral –bring great talent to up Grad and get rewarded.Key Responsibilities• Engage with potential learners through calls, video sessions, and in-centre meetings tounderstand their career goals and recommend suitable programs.• Drive weekly & monthly enrollment and revenue targets by effectively converting leads intoadmissions.• Manage the complete sales lifecycle from first interaction to enrollment and post-salessupport.• Track and improve key performance metrics such as counselling sessions, conversion rates,and revenue.• Maintain accurate learner records on CRM and share feedback with the Marketing team toimprove lead quality.• Work closely with centre teams to ensure a smooth learner journey and high satisfactionlevels.Skills & Experience :• Graduate with 2–5 years of experience in consultative or B2 C sales (education industryexposure preferred).• Strong communication, persuasion and relationship-building skills.• Organized, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities under pressure.• Empathetic listener with ability to build trust and focus on learner success.• Comfortable with CRM tools and basic MS Office proficiency.Equal OpportunityWe are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
