Our strength lies in combining deep domain expertise, a data-driven 5S–7 Factor Process, and a people-first approach to deliver fast, precise, and culture-aligned hiring solutions. This is a dynamic role for someone who enjoys building relationships, understanding client needs, and ensuring consistent delivery excellence across accounts. Build structured databases of target organizations and key decision-makers (Founders, TA Leaders, CXOs). Reach out and pitch Talentoj’s Talent Scouting and Strategic Hiring Solutions. Act as the primary liaison between clients and internal delivery teams. Monitor delivery progress and proactively resolve potential risks or escalations. Partner with clients to align on hiring goals, priorities, and key performance metrics. Market Intelligence & Internal Enablement Influence the evolution of client experience, engagement frameworks, and delivery processes. Represent Talentoj at virtual networking events, forums, and industry groups. 1–6 years of experience in B2B Sales, Client Success, Startup Sales, or Talent Consulting / Recruitment Business Development. ~ Prior experience in Technology Recruitment or Staffing preferred but not mandatory. ~ Strong business acumen and consultative communication skills. ~ Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and projects simultaneously. ~ Comfortable working in a performance-driven, fast-paced, and remote-first environment.
