We are looking for: Position: Talent Acquisition Specialist We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will support the end-to-end recruitment process — from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience. This role requires strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills. Key Responsibilities: ● Post job openings on relevant platforms and ensure job descriptions are up to date. ● Source and screen resumes to identify suitable candidates. ● Conduct initial phone screenings and coordinate interviews with hiring managers. ● Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS). ● Assist in onboarding processes, including documentation and new hire orientation. ● Support recruitment drives, job fairs, and employer branding initiatives. Qualifications: ● 2–4 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment. ● Strong communication and interpersonal skills. ● Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and recruitment tools/ATS. ● Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently. ● Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
