Excellent verbal and written communications skills are a must.EXPERIENCE: 2- 3 yearPRINCIPLE RESPONSIBILITIES:Must be proficient in SEO and ORMAssist in the formulation of strategies to build a lasting digital connection with consumersBe actively involved in SEO efforts (keyword, image optimization etc.)Prepare online newsletters and promotional emails and organize their distribution through various channelsProvide creative ideas for content marketing and update websiteCollaborate with designers to improve the user experienceMeasure the performance of digital marketing efforts using a variety of Web analytics tools (Google Analytics, WebTrends etc.)Acquire insight into online marketing trends and keep strategies up-to-dateMaintain partnerships with media agencies and vendorsKNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:Proven experience as Digital Marketing Executive or similar roleExcellent understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practicesExperience with B2C social media, Google Adwords and email campaigns and SEO/SEMWorking knowledge of ad serving tools (e.G., DART, Atlas)Perfect knowledge of web analytics tools (e.G. Google Analytics, NetInsight, WebTrends etc.)Analytical mindset and critical thinkingExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsBSc/BA in marketing or relevant fieldATTITUDE AND WORKING STYLE:Passionate, Energetic, Hard Working, Punctual, Professional and EthicalExtrovert, Outgoing, Good at Conversations and a team playerResult orientated and ability to meet deadlines
