We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Lead to join our dynamic team. As a Lead, you will be developing and maintaining innovative CI/CD tools and infrastructures that significantly improve the efficiency and productivity of functional, performance, and reliability testing. You will drive excellence in our software solutions, impacting global teams and enhancing product quality and engineer satisfaction. The successful candidate will manage technical direction, support system migrations, and foster strong collaboration across international teams.


Your Role Responsibilities and Duties:


• Conduct research on new technologies. Lead/contribute the effort of solving complex technical challenges to improve engineering productivity.

• Design and build, on-boarding and support tools to accelerate build, testing, release, and deployment.

• Drive/contribute to standard methodology of improving code quality, performance and security compliance.


Required Skills and Qualifications:

•  Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.

•  Minimum of 8 years of experience as an DevOps, with a focus on AWS.

•  Experience with software system design

•  Solid background in Java backend development.

•  Exposure into CICD space on how to build, test and deploy the code.

•  Developmental experience on shared libraries in Jenkins

•  Exposure into CI tools: Git, Maven/gradle/npm, SonarQube, Docker, nexus, Artifactory.

•  Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to quickly identify and resolve issues.

•  Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with other IT teams and stakeholders.

•  Experience with networking, storage, logging, monitoring, tracing and alert.


Tech Stack Required:


·      Java SDLC

·      CI/CD framework developer

·      Cloudbees Jenkins/argoCD

·      Groovy/bash scripting

·      AWS

·      Some level of Production System operations

·      Kubernetes: EKS, GKE or kubeadm setup, preferred

·      Experience with large-scale distributed systems, preferred
