Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst with a strong specialization in either Ad Tech or IT project management. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem or IT project workflows, including programmatic advertising, data management platforms (DMPs), demand-side platforms (DSPs), and supply-side platforms (SSPs), or experience managing large-scale IT projects. You will play a critical role in bridging the gap between business objectives and technical execution, ensuring our solutions meet client needs and contribute to our company's growth.


Key Responsibilities

Requirement Gathering & Analysis

a. Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to Ad Tech or IT projects.

b. Translate business needs into detailed functional and technical specifications.


Ad Tech/IT Expertise

a. Provide insights on Ad Tech platforms, programmatic advertising, real-time bidding (RTB), audience targeting, or IT project management.

b. Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in the Ad Tech or IT industry.


Data Analysis & Reporting

a. Analyze performance data to provide actionable insights and recommendations, whether for digital campaigns or IT systems.

b. Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).


Project Coordination

a. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and marketing specialists, to ensure successful project delivery.

b. Assist in project planning, execution, and monitoring to meet deadlines and objectives.


Process Improvement

a. Identify opportunities to optimize business processes and workflows within the Ad Tech or IT domain.

b. Implement best practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.


Stakeholder Communication

a. Facilitate effective communication between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.

b. Prepare and present findings, proposals, and progress updates to clients and management.


Qualifications

Education

a. Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, computer science, or a related field.

b. Master's degree or MBA is a plus.


Experience

a. Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in either the Ad Tech industry or in managing IT projects.

b. Strong understanding of digital advertising technologies (for Ad Tech candidates) or IT systems and development processes (for IT project candidates).

c. Proven track record of working on software development or IT projects related to Ad Tech or IT infrastructure.


Skills

a. Proficient in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, and business intelligence platforms.

b. Familiarity with JavaScript, front-end/back-end development concepts, and APIs.

c. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

d. Strong communication and presentation skills.

e. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
