About the Role

Parel Creative Pvt. Ltd is looking for a talented Digital Marketing Specialist with expertise in SEO and Social Media Marketing (SMM) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, implementing, and managing our SEO strategies and social media presence to increase our online visibility, drive traffic, and improve customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Search Engine Optimization (SEO):

  • Conduct thorough SEO audits and analysis, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive on-page and off-page SEO strategies.
  • Optimize website content, structure, and tags (meta descriptions, alt tags, etc.).
  • Research and implement targeted keywords to improve rankings.
  • Monitor and analyze website performance and SEO trends using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and others.
  • Collaborate with the content team to develop and optimize high-quality content.

Social Media Marketing (SMM):

  • Develop and implement social media strategies across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).
  • Create and schedule engaging content tailored to each platform, ensuring brand consistency and alignment with marketing goals.
  • Engage with followers, respond to inquiries, and manage online reviews to foster community and enhance brand reputation.
  • Run and optimize paid social media campaigns, tracking performance and adjusting strategies as needed.
  • Track, analyze, and report on social media metrics, suggesting improvements for engagement and follower growth.




Data Analysis & Reporting:

  • Prepare regular performance reports and metrics for SEO and SMM campaigns, analyzing data to make data-driven decisions.
  • Track ROI and KPIs to measure campaign success and adjust strategies for maximum effectiveness.

Collaboration & Strategy Development:

  • Work closely with the content, design, and sales teams to ensure alignment on branding and messaging.
  • Stay updated with digital marketing trends, algorithm changes, and best practices in SEO and SMM.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and provide creative ideas to improve digital strategies.

Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum 3 years in digital marketing, specifically in SEO and social media.
  • Skills:
  • Proficiency in SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Moz, etc.).
  • Strong experience with social media platforms and management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.).
  • Proven track record of running successful SEO and SMM campaigns.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience in interpreting data to drive decisions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Creative, proactive, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
